Ryan Ruff

Ryan Ruff began his automotive career at 16, working in various dealership roles while attending high school and later the University of Alabama. His early hands-on experience, combined with ongoing work in detail shops and local dealerships, gave him a strong foundation in automotive operations. After college, he launched his sales career in Tennessee, quickly advancing from sales consultant to general sales manager through strong performance and leadership.

In 2018, Ryan joined Assurant Dealer Services as an Account Specialist. Within just three months, his outstanding performance earned him a promotion to District Manager, overseeing key accounts in Tennessee and Alabama for one of Assurant’s largest clients. Driven by a passion for impactful training and development, Ryan transitioned into his current role as a national training consultant, where he shares his expertise and enthusiasm with teams across the country.
