Josh Dodson

Josh Dodson joined Assurant in 2021 and is currently a Senior Associate of Assurant Ventures. Prior to joining AV, Josh was a member of Assurant’s Business Strategy team where he led growth strategy initiatives across Assurant’s Global Automotive, Global Housing, and Connected Living business units. Before Assurant, Josh was at Kearney where he focused on growth strategy and operational excellence across a diverse set of corporate and public sector clients. Josh earned his BA in Public Policy and Minor in Music with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
